flat. These most common found cockroaches in Connecticut measure in size from 1⁄2 inch to
about 5/8 inch long. Their coloring is light brown to a tannish color. The easiest way to identify
if you have German cockroaches is by their two dark stripes that run down their back. German cockroaches are the fastest reproducing cockroaches around. A German cockroach can produce up to 8 egg capsules in her lifetime with up to 50 eggs in each.
